Our Ethos — 01
Automate complexity for reliability
Tailored AI solutions that deliver real-time, audit-ready intelligence — blended into your operations. No disruption needed.
It started, as always, with a belief.
Co-founders Paresh Patel and Kelly Roland met in 2015. Their first project together (developing a risk-based monitoring platform at their previous company) revealed a shared conviction: that technology could do more than support regulated operations. It could fundamentally reshape them.
Between them, they bring over 50 years of experience working inside heavily regulated industries. They have seen firsthand how skilled professionals responsible for high-stakes work are consistently underserved by the tools available to them, forcing them to spend more time on manual tasks than on making meaningful decisions. GenasysAi was built to change this.
Together, Paresh and Kelly have developed Ai solutions designed not as general-purpose tools, but as governed, auditable solutions built specifically for regulated environments. Their goal is to give those operating to the highest standards the best quality automation. One they can rely on, trust and use with confidence so they can focus on the work that requires their expertise.
From the beginning, three pillars. No compromising.
